1. Payments

Payments must be received in full at time of order. Items will not be dispatched until entire payment has been received.

2. Manufacturing Time Frame

Our products are handcrafted with much care and precision, resulting in quite a time consuming process. Please allow 7-14 days from order date for manufacturing time. This time is an estimation only and could be much less, depending on stock quantities.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. As we are located remotely, mail days are twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery from dispatch date. This is an estimation only and depends on the weather (due to unsealed roads), public holidays and Australia Post's other demands.

3. Unfulfilled Orders

We do our best to ensure that all products and materials are in stock at all times, however due to unforeseen circumstances and lengthy delays in postage deliveries, a product may become unavaliable and appear as 'out of stock' or 'sold out'. 

In the unlikely event that we have oversold stock and an order cannot be fulfilled,  contact will be made with the customer and a full refund or an alternative option will be organised.

4. Change of Mind

Due to the complexity and long duration of the manufacturing process, if production has already commenced, refunds will not be granted for change of mind.

5. Order Mistakes

Should you happen to make an error with your order, please contact us immediately via email brooke@aggiepatch.com.au or text us 0458 975 333 to resolve the issue. 

6. Damaged / Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or faulty item, we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or provide you with a refund if unavailable. We require photo and/or video evidence of the damaged or faulty items before a decision will be made. 

7. Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind.
